}\n<\/style>\n\n<div class=\"cp\">\n    <h4>Procedure voor derdenklachten over gebruik van de Nature Impact Score.<\/h4>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">1.1 Het indienen van een klacht<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Elke derde partij (waaronder consumenten, NGO\u2019s, concurrenten of toezichthoudende autoriteiten) kan een klacht indienen over het gebruik de Nature Impact Score.\nKlachten moeten schriftelijk worden ingediend via het hiervoor aangewezen e\u2011mailadres of het klachtenformulier van GSES en moeten minimaal het volgende bevatten:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"cp__list\">\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Naam en contactgegevens van de indiener;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Een heldere en volledige omschrijving van de klacht;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Het product en\/of het communicatiemateriaal waarop de klacht betrekking heeft;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Ondersteunende documentatie of bewijsstukken<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Anonieme klachten kunnen worden geaccepteerd indien zij voldoende specifiek en onderbouwd zijn.<\/p>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">1.2 Bevestiging van ontvangst<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Binnen vijf werkdagen na ontvangst zal GSES de ontvangst van de klacht schriftelijk bevestigen en de indiener informeren over de verdere procedure en de verwachte tijdlijn.<\/p>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">1.3 Eerste beoordeling<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">GSES zal een eerste beoordeling uitvoeren om vast te stellen:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"cp__list\">\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Of de klacht betrekking heeft op de Nature Impact Score;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Of de klacht voldoende concreet en ontvankelijk is;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Of onmiddellijke tussentijdse maatregelen noodzakelijk zijn.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Wanneer de klacht geschikt is voor behandeling, wordt deze formeel geaccepteerd.<\/p>\n    \n    <br>\n\n    <h4>Onafhankelijke klachtbeoordeling<\/h4>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">2.1 Scheiding van rollen<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">De beoordeling van klachten wordt onafhankelijk uitgevoerd van de operationele afdelingen die betrokken zijn bij certificering of commerci\u00eble activiteiten.\nIndien van toepassing wordt een onafhankelijke externe verificatie-instantie (conform ISO 17029) betrokken bij de inhoudelijke beoordeling.<\/p>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">2.2 Onderzoek<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">De beoordeling omvat ten minste:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"cp__list\">\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Verificatie van de geldigheid van de betreffende certificering;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Beoordeling van de onderliggende Product Data Card;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Beoordeling van het gebruik van het NIS\u2011logo in communicatiemateriaal;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Evaluatie op basis van de geldende methodologische en certificeringseisen.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">De gecertificeerde partij krijgt de gelegenheid om binnen een vastgestelde termijn schriftelijk te reageren en aanvullende informatie te verstrekken.<\/p>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">2.3 Besluitvorming<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Op grond van het onderzoek wordt een besluit genomen. De mogelijke uitkomsten zijn:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"cp__list\">\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">De klacht blijkt ongegrond;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">De klacht is gegrond, maar er is geen sprake van een wezenlijke tekortkoming (verbeteradvies).<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">De klacht is gegrond, met een overtreding van de voorwaarden (corrigerende maatregelen vereist);<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Ernstige inbreuk (schorsing of intrekking).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">De beslissing wordt schriftelijk gedocumenteerd en meegedeeld aan zowel de melder (voor zover relevant) als aan de gecertificeerde partij.<\/p>\n\n <br>\n\n    <h4>Registratie en opvolging van corrigerende maatregelen<\/h4>\n\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">3.1 Registratie<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Alle klachten, onderzoeken, besluiten en corrigerende maatregelen worden geregistreerd in een centraal klachtenregister.\nHet register bevat ten minste:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"cp__list\">\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Ontvangstdatum;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Betrokken partij;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Aard van de klacht;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Bevindingen van het onderzoek;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Besluit en opgelegde maatregelen;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Status van opvolging.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">3.2 Corrigende maatregelen<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Wanneer corrigerende maatregelen noodzakelijk zijn, worden deze schriftelijk opgelegd en omvatten zij:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"cp__list\">\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Een duidelijke omschrijving van de tekortkoming;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">De vereiste corrigerende actie;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Een termijn voor implementatie;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Eventuele aanvullende verificatie-eisen.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">3.3 Verificatie van herstel<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Na afloop van de hersteltermijn beoordeelt GSES \u2014 of, indien vereist, een onafhankelijke verificatie\u2011instantie - of de corrigerende maatregelen adequaat zijn ge\u00efmplementeerd.\nAls het herstel onvoldoende is, kunnen aanvullende maatregelen volgen, waaronder:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"cp__list\">\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Verlenging van de hersteltermijn;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Een formele waarschuwing;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Schorsing van de certificering;<\/li>\n        <li class=\"cp__list-item\">Intrekking van het recht om het NIS\u2011logo te gebruiken.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h4 class=\"cp__section\">3.4 Rapportage en continue verbetering<\/h4>\n    <p class=\"cp__text\">Klachten en corrigerende maatregelen worden periodiek geanalyseerd om structurele verbetermogelijkheden te identificeren in de methodologie, communicatie of certificeringsprocedure.
